  • “Something really weird happened recently!” said my aunt out of the blue

when she came to visit us after a long time.

A few days ago, while she was having breakfast, she heard a loud bam from the living room.

The noise came from the fish tank in the living room. It turned out that the oxygen tank in it had exploded.

All the fish were so startled that they tried to hide behind rocks or plants.

But there was one fish that gathered all the young together and turned around them as if to protect them. According to my aunt, it must be a mother fish.

“I guess even fish have a maternal instinct.”

The story my aunt told me left a deep impression on me.

“... you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being” (Rev 4:11).

I read this verse very often before, but it seemed to mean something different today.

I can fathom the love of Heavenly Mother through the fish’s maternal love. I truly give thanks to Heavenly Mother for protecting us with Her infinite love.
