I am reminded of the time when I exercised for the sake of my health. Since early morning was the only free time I had during the day, I made a firm decision to work out for an hour starting at 6 a.m. At first, it was extremely difficult, but as the routine became a habit, my body gradually began to feel lighter. In the same way, I resolve to cultivate the habit of preaching the gospel with joy and gratitude, filling each day with diligence and purpose.

These days, I am learning Sinhala, the language of Sri Lanka. It is challenging, but I believe that faithfully studying it day by day will become a great help in sharing the gospel. Just as it is written, “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.”

As I read the story, I felt encouraged to take on the challenge myself. I realized that just as Heavenly Father and Mother care for me without ever forgetting me, I too should care for my brothers and sisters. At first, it feels difficult and time seems to pass slowly, but I am grateful to realize that when I persevere without giving up, joy deepens and my thoughts and attitude are transformed.
