Early in the morning, I saw a low mist drifting silently over the road, obscuring what lay ahead. In that moment, I realized how much the mist resembled the worries of this life. Our fears, doubts, sins, and anxieties can cloud our vision, making it difficult to see the future God has prepared for us. Though we know with certainty that our destination—the Kingdom of Heaven, our eternal home—awaits us, the mist of transgressions, unbelief, and life’s worries can sometimes make it feel distant or uncertain.
Yet even when the path ahead is unclear, God’s promise remains unshakable. When we place our trust in Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother and continue walking forward in faith, the mist will eventually lift. And when it does, the beauty of what lies ahead will be revealed in its full glory.
